The future of File:Laghouat (portrait d'une jeune fille) - Philippe Joudiou - btv1b53160630v - Retouched.jpg, uploaded 24-25 May 2025, is also under discussion; with a named author who has only been dead for 17 years, how is that file public domain in France? This is the second time you're making completely false claims about me, the first being a warning months ago, and now this completely unfounded report. I’d like to know how this report came about, especially since we rarely interact. Is my talk page on your watchlist or something? I’d appreciate some clarification.

Frankly, the claims you're making are so inaccurate that I'm not sure how to respond. I kindly ask that you first verify the file File:Laghouat (portrait d'une jeune fille) - Philippe Joudiou - btv1b53160630v - Retouched.jpg along with the related uploads. Who was the original uploader of these files?

I have no comment regarding the deletion of the files you mentioned. I was the one who originally named them for deletion myself, as I later uploaded improved versions, either due to poor quality (bad lighting, poor shots) or because the earlier files had incorrect extensions (e.g., .svg instead of .png). The file deletion logs are still available, and you can verify them one by one, I have no issue with that.

Yes, your user talk page is on my watchlist. Per this log, you uploaded File:Mosquée de Terny Beni Hdiel (Tlemcen).jpg originally 20:45, 26 July 2023 (UTC), then overwrote it 21:06, 26 July 2023 (UTC) and 22:16, 25 December 2024 (UTC). Krd then deleted it 05:28, 3 January 2025 (UTC) for having "No license since 26 December 2024". How can you dispute these facts? You were the original uploader of retouched photo File:Laghouat (portrait d'une jeune fille) - Philippe Joudiou - btv1b53160630v - Retouched.jpg, while it was Gzen92Bot that uploaded the original file you retouched. @Jeff G. File:Mosquée de Terny Beni Hdiel (Tlemcen).jpg was originally uploaded to my Flickr account, and I later transferred it to Wikimedia Commons if I still remember. Its 100% my picture part of User:Riad Salih/Minarets. I nominated it for deletion because I have since uploaded a better version: File:Mosquée Khalid ibn al-Walid, Terny Beni Hdiel, Tlemcen.jpg.

I believe you're making completely unfounded accusations, and with all due respect, and I truly mean that. I prefer not to continue this discussion further. Hi. Would you like to say what is about - User talk:Shakko#Нарушение авторских прав]? For last 18 years I've uploaded 33 thousand files. Please be more specific in your warnings. Such unfounded warnings seem extremely impolite. Maybe you're talking about files from Category:Overcoming (2012 exhibition, Museum of modern history)? When I uploaded the photos of this exhibition 13 years ago, they were marked by the museum as copyleft and without any indication of the authors. They were put up for deletion only after the specific authors of some of the drawings were identified and their years of life were clarified. Please be more careful if you are going to install this template. It looks crude and its text is not suitable for a warning about files uploaded 13 years ago, an eternity. Its wording suggests that it is about fresh uploads. As for the File:Facial Chronicle - b.03, p.457 - Ships of king Jehoshaphat.jpg, it is a scan of a 16th century document, which is written there in plain text. And losing the PD template when uploading it is a simple typo, which the bots always warn about within an hour, it is even strange that you wasted time on such a trifle. --Shakko (talk) 20:03, 29 May 2025 (UTC)[reply]

The problems were that you did not create deletion subpages, transclude those deletion subpages onto Commons:Deletion requests/2025/06/04, include year, include month, include day, and add notices to the uploader (like I did in these edits). Note, I nominated both of those spam images under COM:CSD#G10 AKA COM:CSD/it#G10 (the translation of which is sadly only 77% complete).
